Bournemouth have appointed Jimmy Quinn and Jason Tindall as the new management team at Dean Court following the sacking of Kevin Bond on Monday.

Former Cherries player Quinn steered Cambridge United to the Blue Square Premier play-off final last season.

Quinn left his job at Cambridge United by mutual consent in June.

New assistant boss Tindall, who helped Quinn with coaching at Cambridge, was at Bournemouth for eight years as a player before a short spell as player-manager at Weymouth.
