Murray handed Queen's win after Grosjean injury @ Tuesday June 10

Andy Murray was handed a place in the third round of the Artois Championships after Sebastien Grosjean was forced to retire with a thigh injury while trailing the opening set 2-0 on Tuesday.

The Frenchman appeared to pick up the injury in the opening game of the second round clash, and immediately called for the trainer at the change of ends after Murray had broken serve courtesy of a double fault.

Grosjean's left thigh was heavily strapped but did not appear to be causing him too much concern as he forged a break point on Murray's serve in the next game.

However, after Murray fired down two service winners to win the game, former Wimbledon semi-finalist, Grosjean signalled to the umpire he was unable to continue.
