AC Milan have claimed that their summer spending is now over following the signing of Ronaldinho from Barcelona.

The Serie A club have been linked with a move for Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor, but after the arrival of Brazilian playmaker Ronaldinho, Milan Vice-president Adriano Galliani told a news conference on Wednesday: "The market for Milan is closed with Ronaldinho.

"As far as arrivals are concerned, we are finished, absolutely."
