Ante-post favourite Lush Lashes heads a list of 16 fillies left in Friday's Epsom Oaks at the confirmation stage.
Jim Bolger's Musidora Stakes winner is among a strong Irish contingent, with Dermot Weld's leading fancy Chinese White and the John Oxx-trained Katiyra.
Adored is one of six entries from Aidan O'Brien, chasing a fourth win in the race, with Ice Queen, Moonstone, Sail, Savethisdanceforme and Tiffany Diamond.
Frankie Dettori will ride Clowance at the expense of Steve Drowne.
Trainer Roger Charlton said Dettori's greater experience in Group One races at Epsom had given him the ride ahead of Drowne, who rode Clowance to victory on her last start at the Swettenham Stud Fillies' Trial at Newbury.
"It is no reflection whatsoever on Steve, with whom I have a very good friendship and working relationship, and he has done nothing wrong on the filly," Charlton said.
"The fact that Frankie is available, and in view of his record at Epsom where he has a 23% strike-rate, it was decided we should take advantage of that."
Charlton believes softer ground will suit Clowance's chances.
"I'd much prefer to run her on good to soft than good to firm," he told the Racing Post.
"It's an open race and she goes there with every chance. Her pedigree suggests she will stay a mile and a half, while there may be a doubt about several of the others staying the trip."
Cape Amber represents Peter Chapple-Hyam, while Miracle Seeker and Look Here, first and second in the Lingfield Oaks Trial, will renew their rivalry.
Joh Gosden's Michita, unbeaten filly Saphira's Fire and Sugar Mint complete the line-up.
Saphira's Fire, who Willie Muir has paid £20,000 to add to the field, will form part of the six-strong home defence hoping to follow in the footsteps of the Henry Cecil-trained Light Shift who triumphed 12 months ago.
O'Brien is chasing a fourth win in the race after victories for Shahtoush (1998), Imagine (2001) and Alexandrova (2006).
