Wigan Athletic have completed the signing of Olivier Kapo in a £3.5million deal from Birmingham City.

Kapo has agreed a three-year contract with the Latics and will be reunited with Steve Bruce at the JJB Stadium.

Latics boss Bruce was in charge of Birmingham when Kapo moved to St Andrews last summer from Juventus.

The French midfielder becomes Wigan's second signing of the summer after former Blues team-mate Daniel De Ridder joined on a free transfer.
