Ferdinand doubtful for England's World Cup qualifiers @ Thursday September 4

Rio Ferdinand is Fabio Capello's only injury worry as England prepare for the World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Croatia.

Ferdinand's stiff back saw him miss training on Wednesday, but the Italian is hopeful the Manchester United defender will be fit for the two qualifiers.

Midfielder Frank Lampard also seems certain to face Andorra on Saturday, having shaken off a dead leg.

John Terry (bug), Wes Brown and Ashley Cole (both knee) should also be fit.

Chelsea trio Cole, Lampard and Terry all missed training on Tuesday but took part in a full session on Wednesday, while Manchester United defender Brown also trained after previously being rested as a precaution.
