The Max Mosley sex scandal has taken a new twist with an MI5 officer allegedly resigning after admitting his wife was one of the prostitutes who took part in a "Nazi-style orgy" with the FIA President, according to reports on Sunday..

The unnamed intelligence officer was forced to resign last month after revelations that his wife was one of the five women who appeared in the lurid sex video published by the News of the World.

Mosley has repeatedly denied that the orgy had "Nazi connotations" to it and claims he is the victim of a "sting" by unnamed figures.

However, the British Security Service was quick to deny that they are behind the set-up.
