mark.bright@oddspreview.com Sebastien Bordais comes into F1 after a successful career racing in America, and some expectation but surprisingly not too much hype. I say surprisingly, but then I remember that his teammate is the highly rated Sebastian Vettel, a guy picked out by no less than Michael Schumacher as a potential great of the future.Skybet - Place your first bet and we'll match it up to £20 I think Bordais could do a solid job, but the thing here that will affect the future of the sport at the top is how well Vettel beats him, and just how much he can get out of the Toro Rosso car. Mistakes behind safety cars notwithstanding, he was a revelation in 2007, and a solid year in 2008, beating his teammate solidly and picking up a few points wherever they become available should lead to a move to a top team (Ferrari possibly?
That's a big call but I can see it for sure, especially if they listen to Schumacher as far as who to hire - or more likely BMW who still have first refusal on any move he makes) for 2009. |
Fancy a flutter? |
