Croatia coach Slaven Bilic has announced his 23-man squad for Euro 2008 after putting pen-to-paper on a new two-year contract that will see him remain in charge of the Croatian national team through to the 2010 World Cup.

Bilic, who had been linked as a possible replacement for Sven-Goran Eriksson if the Swede was fired as Manchester City manager, has been negotiating a new contract for several months.

Neither Bilic nor soccer federation officials disclosed the terms of the new contract, which starts on August 1 when his current contract expires.



 Croatia's 23-man squad for Euro 2008 is as follows:
