Murat Yakin has been installed as the early front runner to succeed Mauricio Pochettino as the next Southampton manager.
Bookmakers Coral make Turkish coach the 7-2 favourite, while Michael Laudrup is next in the betting at 9-2 to take over at St Mary’s.
Despite the appointment of Pochettino at White Hart Lane, Spurs remain odds-on at 2-9 with Coral to go through their next season with no trophies, while they are 3-1 to win any major trophy.
The north London club are 11-4 to finish in the top four at the end of the 2014/15 Premier League campaign.
Coral spokesman John Hill said: "Murat Yakin is the early front runner for the Southampton job but it is quite an open market at this stage with Michael Laudrup and Paul Clement all prominent in the betting."
