Roger Federer is the odds-on favourite to beat Richard Gasquet this evening in the second round of the ATP Paris Masters with their match streaming live online

Gasquet has won just one of his seven previous meetings against the Swiss Maestro and according to the betting he stands little chance of making that head-to-head record read 6-2 today.

Gasquet at time of writing can be backed at a best price 7/1 (Coral), while Federer is no better than 1/10 (William Hill) to advance to the third round.

Federer lost here in the second round twelve months ago to Julien Benneteau in a result which shocked but delighted the French crowd, but the world number two is in good form at the moment and should be able to progress to the next round without any real complications.

Gasquet played some good tennis in the first half of the year, but has been quiet since reaching the fourth round of the US Open and with Federer showing last week in Basel that he is back on form, it's hard to see anything other than a straightforward win today.
