William Hill Bingo players helping charities during Breast Cancer Awareness month

Online Bingo fans can claim £25 free today as well as doing their bit to support their cancer charity this month

William Hill Bingo, who are giving new players £25 free when opening an account, are also giving players the chance to make a huge difference to their favourite cancer charity this month.

Instead of choosing just one cause to support during Breast Cancer Awareness month this October, William Hill Bingo is letting their Bingo community decide and five charities will be receiving a donation from the trusted online firm.

Bingo fans have until October 17th to nominate a cancer charity via an online form, and then the charities suggested will be listed for all the players to vote for their favourite. The five receiving the most votes will all get an equal share of the ‘charity pot’ of profits from special ‘Pink ticket’ games.

The Bingo fun then begins on October 17th, when six fund-raising games with prize pools ranging from €25 to €75 will be held every day in the Community Room. The charity ‘Pink Tickets' are just 10p each and the promotions runs until October 31st. All profits raised from the ‘Pink Ticket’ games during this time will be split equally between the top five voted cancer charities.

William Hill Bingo spokesman Tony Kenny said: "There are many charities who all do wonderful and vital work for people affected by cancer, so we thought it only fair to give our players the chance to donate to the ones that mean the most to them.

"Over the past few years, William Hill Bingo has donated over €55,000 as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month and we know our Bingo community will be behind us with this year’s fund-raising effort."
