F1 betting - Record turnover for Brazilian Grand Prix expected at Interlagos

- 1 Nov 2010
The Formula One title race continues this weekend and the Brazilian Grand Prix and bookmakers William Hill are expecting one of their highest turnovers of the year on Sunday

The 2010 Drivers' Championship race is the closest for three decades and Hills, who have doubled their F1 turnover compared to twelve months ago, expect six-figure sums to be wagered on the final two races of the season.

Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly told Oddspreview: "This year's Drivers' Championship has had more twists and turns than the track at Monaco and there could yet be a few more in Brazil."

Fernando Alonso, who is the current 8/13 favourite to win the title, is 7/1 to win at Interlagos.
