Manchester City are favourites to sign Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli this summer, with the big-spending Eastlands club now odds-on favourites to sign the teenager ahead of Chelsea and Manchester United

Reports last week had suggested that the Serie A giants were unwilling to let the young forward leave the club this summer, but at the weekend it was reported that Manchester City were ready to spend up to £20million on the player.
