Premier League Birmingham odds-on to win tricky Cup replay

Birmingham go into tonight's FA Cup third round replay with the same squad that drew at home to Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday.

Lee Carsley, Stuart Parnaby and Gregory Vignal remain sidelined through injury, while new signing Michel is ineligible to make his Blues debut.

Forest striker Robert Earnshaw (hamstring) is a doubt after withdrawing from the warm-up before their 3-1 win at West Brom on Friday.

On-loan defender Nicky Shorey is ineligible.
