Katie Waissel is the odds-on favourite to be eliminated from the X Factor on tonight's results show
Waissel, who only just managed to avoid elimination from the show last Sunday, is odds-on to go tonight with most bookmakers following her rendition of No Doubt's Don't Speak on Saturday night's American Anthems-themed show on ITV.
At time of writing, the 24-year-old can still be backed at even money with totesport.
Katie's performance on Saturday night was met with mixed reviews from the online community, with many viewers less than impressed judging by comments on Twitter and on various message boards.
Her performance came at the end of a week where reports suggested the singer was ready to quit the show.
Earlier this week, Katie delayed a video shoot for the finalists' charity single by several hours, with a show source telling the Daily Mail: "She's very fragile and we are very concerned. We are considering asking her to step aside because it is really affecting the show. She would still be able to do the X Factor tour if she is strong enough. Her well-being is our priority.
"She has been in tears and saying she can’t carry on. Producers gave Katie maximum opportunity to turn up, but had to shoot some scenes without her.
"When she did arrive, she was given a very icy reception by her fellow contestants. Katie was really hurt by the reaction because she had been up all night, having panic attacks, and crying hysterically."
Waissel, who has been dogged with stories about her backstage antics and private life, also pulled out of the Cosmopolitan Awards earlier in the week, which all X Factor finalists were scheduled to appear at.
